The only lyric-to-subtitle app that runs entirely on your Mac
LyricSync
You already have the lyrics. It adds the timing.
Turn lyrics you already have — pasted from Suno or written yourself — into subtitle files with accurate timing for YouTube, CapCut, karaoke and video editors. Recognition runs on-device; your song never leaves your Mac.
Why not just a web tool?
Every other lyric-timing tool uploads your audio to a server. LyricSync doesn’t. Recognition and alignment run on-device — no account, no tracking, nothing leaves your Mac. For unreleased songs, that’s not a nice-to-have.
Private by design
Recognition runs locally, offline. Your audio and lyrics never leave the computer. No account, no tracking — the App Store privacy report says “Data Not Collected”.
You bring the lyrics
It’s alignment, not transcription. Most tools try to transcribe your song and get words wrong. You paste the real lyrics; LyricSync just lines them up. What you see is always your text.
A native Mac app
Not a web upload: real projects, a waveform, click-to-play, tap-to-time and per-line nudge — the fine-tuning feel a browser can’t give you.
Every format
SRT for CapCut / YouTube, VTT for the web (with section notes), and LRC for music players and karaoke.
Fix only what needs it
Auto-align gives a first timeline in seconds. Lines it’s unsure about are flagged ⚠️ — you fine-tune a handful instead of every line.
Three languages
Interface and recognition in English, 简体中文, and 日本語 — detected automatically or set per song.
How it works
- Drop in an audio file (mp3 / wav)
- Paste the lyrics — or load a .txt
- Pick the language, or let it detect
- Auto-align — a first timeline in seconds
- Play, tap or nudge the lines marked ⚠️
- Export SRT, VTT or LRC
